Deionized water 1M KNO3 1M MgSO4 1M Ca(NO3)2 20 mM Fe-Na-EDTA Micronutrient solution *) K-PO4 (pH 5.5) **)

985 ml 5 ml 2 ml 2 ml 2.5 ml 1 ml 2.5 ml

Add each stock solutions into sufficient amount of deionized water to avoid the formation of insoluble precipitates.

*) Composition of the micronutrient solution.
